This policy describes what this website stores on your device and which other services it loads, and why. It is short, because we keep it that way.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so something can be remembered between pages or visits. Local storage and similar technologies do the same job by a different mechanism, and everything below applies to those too.
What this site stores itself
Your theme choice. When you switch between light and dark, the choice is kept in your browser so the site does not start in the wrong one. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Your onboarding progress. While you fill in a brief, your answers and place are kept in your browser so a refresh or a dropped connection does not lose them, and are also saved to our server as a draft. Starting over, or submitting the brief, clears the browser copy.
Signing in. If you use the client portal or the admin area, we set a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a small marker so the page knows you are. They are needed for sign-in to work, and they are removed when you sign out or they expire. Related security data, such as a short-lived check on a new password, is kept for the same reason.
Security and delivery data set by our hosting platform to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
Things we load from others
The chat assistant. Some pages show a chat assistant provided by Jotform. When it loads, Jotform may set its own cookies or storage and receives your IP address and browser details, as it must to answer. What it stores and does is governed by Jotform's own policy.
Accessibility tools. The site offers an accessibility menu provided by a third party. It remembers the display options you choose, on your device, so they stay when you move between pages.
Payments and meetings. If you go to pay, or to book a call, you are taken to our payment provider or scheduling tool. They set their own cookies on their own pages.
Fonts and previews. Fonts, and on work pages a preview frame of a client's live site, are fetched from other services. Fetching a resource tells that service your IP address, because it has to in order to send the file back.
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not fingerprint your device, and does not use marketing pixels.
Analytics
If we measure how the site is used, we do so in aggregate to learn which pages are useful, and not to build a profile of one visitor or to target advertising at you. If we add a tool that sets analytics cookies, we will list it here before it ships.
Your control
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and site data, usually under privacy or site settings. Clearing them for this site removes your theme choice and any saved onboarding answers on that device, and signs you out. Blocking the sign-in cookie means the portal will not work; blocking the rest will not break the public pages. Settings in the third-party services above are managed with those services.
Changes
If we add anything that stores more than the above, this page will be updated before it ships and the date at the top will change.
